Daily Virtual Breathwork Sessions
We will all need to adapt in the coming weeks to living with uncertainty and with new routines at home, practicing self care on a regular basis is essential. There are ways to be in community even as we are physically at home, and support each other as we release fear and anxiety. Please join me for a series of virtual breathwork sessions scheduled daily for the month of March. Strengthening our lungs, and reducing stress on our systems will help us stay healthy, mind and body.
How it works
Twice a day, every day through the end of March, 45- minute online sessions will be offered. 10am and 8pm. Pay one flat fee and join as many or as few as you like until April 1st. You will receive details on how to access the video conferencing call when you register.
During each session, we begin with a brief check in and meditation, then move on to the breathwork practices in order to help us release fear and anxiety, and to work out the lungs, strengthening mind and body.

Rebirthing Breathwork is a method used to release emotional energy stored in your body, and to integrate a new experience of freedom and aliveness. In a group session, we harness the collective energy of the group to spur on the individual process of release and growth in a guided breathwork session. This is an opportunity to connect with the kindness in yourself and in others.
